COMMITTEES

Lee Administrative Committees

Work in the school during school hours to support the community: Copy Cats, Staff Appreciation Weeks, Library support, Lost & Found and Lee Support Special Needs. 

 

Advocacy Committees

Follows recent governmental bills and keep the community informed and support the part of the community that often goes unheard.

 

Lee Fundraising Committees  

Works closely with the VP of Fundraising to support the community financially through the Lee Merch store, Receipt shares, Roadrunner Rally, Fun Run, Carnival, and Lee Live.

Budget Committees

Work behind the scenes to serve the PTA with accounting skills!

Lee Communication Committees

Works to keep the community informed of all the events happening on campus as they relate to the school and PTA such as: Grade Level Coordinators, webmaster, and social media moderators.

 

Membership committees 

Help support our families and students by joining groups such as the Welcome Committee and/or Community Cares with guidance of the VP of Membership. 

Educational Enrichment Committees

A two part committee to support the community and students both during school and after school hours, sometimes on the weekend.

In School Enrichment programs such as: Arts Across Lee, Celebration of Science, LEAF, Lee Creates, and Lee Olympics

 

After School Enrichment programs such as:  Chess Club, Girls who game, Little Rams Soccer, Austin Youth Fitness-Running club, Kula Karate, and Scouts clubs.

Nominating Committee

Work with current administration and Executive Board Committee to highlight and present potential candidates for the PTA Executive Board. Duties take place prior to the spring vote on board members.
