About the Movie: Elemental
Rating: PG Runtime: 1h 43min Release Date: June 16, 2023 Genre: Animation, Comedy, Fantasy, Kids & Family
Disney and Pixar’s “Elemental” is an all-new, original feature film set in Element City, where fire-, water-, land- and air residents live together. The story introduces Ember, a tough, quick-witted and fiery young woman, whose friendship with a fun, sappy, go-with-the-flow guy named Wade challenges her beliefs about the world they live in.
For many of us this is a new event but for some longtime members of our Fami-Lee, this is a special return to tradition with some amazing and thoughtful updates that help reflect the current Lee community. Regardless of your familiarity with this event, it is sure to be a very special core memory for all of us.
In her announcement, Principal Sileo asks that caregivers submit a form to express interest in tickets to the Celebrations! event by filling out a form by December 8th. Don't delay, fill out the form today!

Principal's Coffee
This is always a great chance to ask questions and learn more of inter workings of the school community directly from the Lee leadership team, led by Principal Sileo.
At today's meeting there was discussion about Celebrations! and the recent ticketing process announcement as well as some thoughtful questions from our caregivers.
How you can help:
Submit your Celebrations preference form by December 8th even if you plan NOT to attend. This will help tremendously in organizing & planning for the event.
The administration might send out calls for volunteers for a few things in the coming weeks so keep an eye out for those.
The PTA Appreciation team plans to provide dinner for the teachers / school staff helping to produce the show so we might also put out a call for a few small items to round out the meal.
Be kind to everyone in our Roadrunner community! There's a lot going on this month but we're also thrilled to see the return of such an iconic part of Lee history!
Thanks for reading this week's Roadrunner Rundown. As always feel free to share your comments or feature suggestions with Clarissa at communications@russellleepta.org.
