We're one week away from the start of Fall Break (Nov. 24 - 28)! Next week is filled with lots of fun - thank you to all of the staff for organizing these events for our students and allowing caregivers to be included!
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Consuela Shopping Party and Nando's Receipt Share this week - these events are so important to helping the PTA meet our fundraising goals for the school.
We have some fun events coming up in December - you can see those below or check them out on the Konstella calendar.
Square 1 Art Orders
Order until Sunday, November 16
Gentle reminder to order Square 1 Art now to receive keepsakes with your child's art on them in time for the holidays! You also can upload additional art if you like using Square 1s Art Upload.
Lost your catalogue? No worries. Simply search for your child's art using Art Search.
Orders can be placed until this Sunday, November 16, and a portion of all sales support Lee!
Thanksgiving Lunch
Thursday, November 20
Next week caregivers have an opportunity to join their students for a holiday lunch on Thursday, November 20. There will be a slightly revised lunch schedule that day - you can view that on Konstella here.
If you purchased a meal ticket online, you may pick them up any day at the front office between 8:00 AM and 2:45 PM, or on the day of the event. Please remember to bring your receipt when picking up your ticket.
If you weren't able to pre-purchase a meal ticket in advance, you may pay using your student’s SchoolCafe account or bring cash or check (payable to AISD Food Service) on the day of the event. Please allow at least 24 hours after adding funds to SchoolCafe.
Turkey Trot
Friday, November 21
Next Friday is the annual Lee Turkey Trot! Caregivers are welcome to join and cheer their students on - check our the graphic below for the schedule.

Thanksgiving Food Drive
The Lee PTA will be collecting specific food items over the next week and a half to support the Feed the Family Thanksgiving Dinner box initiative, which is run by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity at Huston Tillotson University in partnership with the AISD Parent Support department.
Collection boxes are set up inside the main hallway, and items can be donated until next Tuesday November 18.
Feed the Family will bundle the donated items with turkeys and deliver the boxes to community members in need. The following items have been requested:
* canned corn
* canned cranberry sauce
* canned green beans
* stuffing mix
* Jiffy corn muffin mix

MAC Cares Holiday Fundraisers
Support Families in Need This Season
MACares is a program through the McCallum High School PTSA that provides emergency assistance — including rent, utilities, and HEB gift cards — to families at Lee and 12 other schools in the McCallum community.
Here’s how you can help this holiday season:
Adopt a family for the holidays: Sign up to purchase gifts for a family.
Do some shopping: Join us at Parker + Scott General Store on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5–8pm — 20% of all sales benefit MACares. Enjoy snacks, drinks, and live music from students.
Give directly: Donate online. All donations go to families and students.
