Roadrunner Families,
Tomorrow we celebrate the return of our annual Fall Carnival! We continue to see COVID-19 numbers decline across Austin and are excited to be able to provide this fun and festive event for Roadrunners of all ages. The fun will kick off on Saturday at 11:00 am and we are recommending a staggered start, with our little ones from Kinder and 1st grade starting things off, followed by 2nd and 3rd at 11:45, 4th, 5th and 6th at 12:30. We recognize that many of our families have Roadrunners at multiple grade levels, so feel free to sign up for the time slot that works best for your family. Tickets are free and only one ticket is required per family - https://www.eventbrite.com/e/lee-fall-carnival-tickets-191194366497 Everyone will enter the Carnival through our Library Parking Lot where Ms. Day will be hosting this year’s Book Fair, which can also be accessed virtually here - https://efairs.follettbookfairs.com/guest/home?classCode=ZK377 We will not be serving food and the AISD mask requirement will be in place for all attendees. We are planning to have a Pumpkin Carving Contest, so we invite you to bring a Jack o Lantern in the morning to drop off. There will be a wide variety of safe carnival games and some creative ways to show off everyone’s amazing costumes. The carnival experience will conclude with a "Trunk or Treat" for Roadrunners of all ages in our main parking lot. Volunteers are still needed, so please sign up here if you can assist in any way - https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0c49afad2ca3ff2-fall
Have a wonderful Halloween Weekend!
